With experience in case management, developmental disabilities services, administrative operations, funeral and cemetery coordination, logistics, and customer service leadership, I have dedicated my career to supporting people through both everyday needs and life-changing transitions. I currently work closely within the IDD community and understand how overwhelming healthcare, benefits, funding, and support systems can feel for families.
